SALES MANAGER

ELITE seeks a sales professional to generate and win profitable security, facility, and event-staffing contracts with new clients and develop business with existing clients.

The position requires a seasoned sales manager to demonstrate an excellent working relationship with senior management, account representatives, customers and prospective clients. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing members of the sales staff, generating and pursuing leads, generating high-quality bids, and ensuring contracts meet profitability targets.

Minimum requirements include at least ten years of sales management experience, preferably in an event-staffing or security-guard-staffing environment, and have earned a bachelor's degreee at an accredited university.

Compensation consists of a minimal base salary with heavy incentives.

Part Time Opportunities

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
INSTRUCTOR, EMPLOYEE ORIENTATIONS - TUESDAY, THURSDAY & SATURDAY AVAILABILITY:
Elite, Inc., San Diego's premier event staffing company, is looking for an instructor for its ongoing company orientations.

The qualfied candidate will work at company orientations to train new staff on company policies and administer the State of California Powers to Arrest materials and test for security guards. Prior law enforcement or security industry experience is required as well as previous training experience. A California guard card license will be required for this position, if not already in possession of one.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing and comfortable speaking in a classroom environment. In addition, this position requires availability on Tuesdays from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM and alternating Thursday or Saturday sessions from 7:30AM to 5:30PM - no exceptions. This is a part-time job and actual number of hours per month will vary.

SECURITY GUARDS

Friendly, customer-service oriented people needed for crowd management positions at San Diego's premier sporting events, concerts, and special events. These are part-time positions for people who are able to meet the minimum requirements in order to obtain a California security guard card license.

The hours and pay vary according the venue, and the work is interesting, lively, and rewarding.

ELITE is currently looking for reliable, energetic people to work in the corporate office’s scheduling department, scheduling employees for various jobs. Must have great customer service skills, strong communication skills, be dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule. Customer service experience highly preferred.
