The position requires a seasoned sales manager to demonstrate an excellent working relationship with senior management, account representatives, customers and prospective clients. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing members of the sales staff, generating and pursuing leads, generating high-quality bids, and ensuring contracts meet profitability targets.

Minimum requirements include at least ten years of sales management experience, preferably in an event-staffing or security-guard-staffing environment, and have earned a bachelor's degreee at an accredited university.

Compensation consists of a minimal base salary with heavy incentives.

This position will require a self starter to generate profitable security, facility, and event-staffing contracts with new clients. The candidate will be an experienced sales person who can generate and pursue sales leads, make sales calls, and work independently to exceed sales goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably with event-staffing and/or security guard staffing, and at least five years' sales experience.

Compensation consists of a minimal base salary plus commission.
